Digital Neurodiversity assessments and support (ages 18+)
Comprehensive, research-backed, assessments are available for adults (aged 18+) seeking clarity around their neurotype This includes ADHD, Autism and AuDHD .
My approach is affirming, respectful, and strengths focused. Assessments aren’t about finding what’s wrong, they’re about helping you gain insight, self-awareness and clarity. The goal is to help you understand your needs and advocate for support in work, education or daily life.
Every assessment includes:
- A thorough clinical interview
- Screening tools and tailored to your presentation
- Personalised feedback session
- Written report
Please note: if a diagnosis of ADHD is given through psychological assessment, and medication is being considered, a follow-up assessment with a psychiatrist will be required.
Cost: €1,300
Clinical Supervision
Clinical supervision is available for psychologists and mental health professionals at all stages of their careers. The supervisory approach is collaborative, reflective and grounded in evidenced-based psychological practice. Support is tailored to each supervisee's needs - whether focusing on case formulation, professional identity or professional growth.
Supervision is also available for those working in complex or high-risk environments, with experience supporting clinicians in primary care, occupational health and trust and safety roles.
Cost: €125 per session

Digital Psychotherapy (ages 16+)
Life can feel overwhelming at times, whether you’re facing a specific challenge, struggling with your mental health, or simply wanting a safe space to explore your thoughts and feelings.
I offer psychotherapy for people aged 16 and over, providing a confidential, supportive environment where you can work through difficulties at your own pace.
Therapy can help with:

- Navigating life changes or transitions
- Self-esteem and confidence
- Processing past experiences or trauma
- Understanding your identity and values
