Nicole is a Chartered Counselling Psychologist with the Psychological Society of Ireland (PSI), practising since 2011. She offers evidence-based, person-centred support across clinical, organisational, and supervisory contexts.
Her work focuses on adult ADHD assessment and the professional development of mental health practitioners, using cognitive-behavioural, compassion-focused, and integrative approaches. Nicole has experience across a range of settings—including primary care, occupational health, and high-intensity environments—and holds additional training in neurodiversity, trauma-informed care, and reflective supervision.
